Soul Reformer Pilates is the Pilates method of controlled movement and physical alignment 

done with the help of specialized equipment that adds tension and resistance to enhance the result of a traditional mat Pilates workout.  
The specialized equipment looks like a bed with springs. 

 It has five springs of different strengths, a sliding carriage, ropes, and pulleys. 

Movement is slow and precise, and breath control plays a large role.

FUNDAMENTAL STRETCH for BEGINNERS

A reset for the mind/body focusing on deliberate and precise movements that encourage flexibility, as well as breath and body awareness.  Soothing music... dimmed lights...this session covers the fundamentals and concludes with extended time for rest/reflection with our signature aromatherapy spa towels.

ALL LEVELS

Take your balance and coordination to the next level with this full-body workout focused on strengthening and lengthening. Tones, strengthens, and stretches every muscle group, as well as conditions the heart when the jump board is used.
Suitable for All Levels of Experience




JUMP & SCULPT

Challenge yourself!  High-energy, low-impact class that uses a jump board to facilitate plyometric movement; an aerobic workout that’s gentle on the joints. Session includes hand weights, rings and bands. 
Suitable for experienced Reformer Students
