Cancellation & Refund Policies 

In order to be fair to our Valued Students, Event Facilitators, and Studio Employees -
We find it necessary to provide consistent Refund and Credit Policies.

YOGA STUDIO GROUP CLASS RESERVATIONS
In fairness to All Guests, a minimum 2 - Hour Early Reservation Cancellation Notice is required.    
N0-SHOWS, or Cancellations received AFTER the Two-Hour window,
will result in a class deduction from account for Non-Members, and a $10 Late-No Show Fee for Members.  


SOUL REFORMER PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
A STRICT, non-negotiable 24 - Hour Cancellation Notice is required.  Cancellations received AFTER the 24-hour window, results in an automatic forfeit of your reserved training session. 


EVENTS  |  YOGA  |  SERVICES
Pre-Paid Reservations for Specialty Events and Series, as well as Yoga Classes/Packages and Services are non-refundable.  Please understand we do not offer chargebacks or cash refunds at any time.  


MERCHANDISE
Unopened, unworn retail merchandise, in its original condition, and returned within (7) days of purchase, is eligible for an In-Store Credit only:  good for merchandise, classes or events.

Classes and teachers are subject to change without notice; Please see the MindBody App for the most Up-To-Date information.  We reserve the right to cancel a Class or Event due to severe weather conditions or
low enrollment, in which case you will receive notice and an account credit for a future event or purchase.
